Data protection laws state that we are only able to process personal data if we have valid reasons to do so. The reasons we process your personal data is to contact you about Craigellachie Cars and deal with your journey enquiries.
Craigellachie Cars does not collect or share any customer data with any third party. Your privacy is very important to us. Everything from your telephone number to your email addressand mailing address will kept securely on file and for our own internal administrative reference only.
If you are a business customer and request monthly or weekly invoicing, we will post an agreement to a mailing address specified by the customer. The contract typically includes customer name and customer mailing address.
When a business service has been provided, Craigellachie Cars will present the business customer with an invoice. The invoice will typically include a customer /company name, the date the invoice is due and an itemised account of the work completed. A copy of the invoice will be kept on file in the office at Craigellachie Cars. None of this information is shared with any third-party and customers can request that these records can be erased or destroyed after a period of 7 years.

The above act permits you to request information we hold about you. A small fee is payable for this information. All requests must be submitted in writing to Craigellachie Cars.
In addition, you can write to us with any request to update, amend or delete any information that you believe to incomplete or inaccurate. We will update that information without delay.
Craigellachie Cars are very active on many social media platforms and blogs. We reserve the right to share and use any materials posted for marketing activity without prior approvals or permission.
